I carry title insurance agent with three carriers to make sure no matter where in Connecticut the home you want to purchase is located, we know every detail there is to know about the property you are purchasing - and we ensure there are no unforeseen problems with the title to your property. I approach closings with individual attention to each client's needs, and this is not a high volume real estate firm that will simply process your closing in a boilerplate fashion.
